Every Whax product is hand made and hand finished meaning that quality is checked several times before it is released. However if you are not happy we will of course handle each case individually - customer satisfaction is paramount to us. We do remind you that you will be responsible for any return carriage or courier costs.
Every case will be handled individually and with the upmost importance, please bare in mind that we can only accept products as returns that are undamaged, and unused. If for some reason a product that is in use develops an issue then please contact us immediately by email and provide photos to support your statement. You must adhere to the guidance issued with on the product and candle safety information on this site.
Your rights as a consumer will not be affected in any way and we promise to set things right, we are more than confident that you will not experience issues in any way - so a full replacement policy will be maintained.
